Bocce Bocce collects no personal data, uses no analytics, and sends nothing off your device. Your camera and LiDAR data are processed locally and never stored. There is no account system and no network requirement.
This Privacy Policy describes how Bocce Bocce ("the app", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Bocce Bocce iOS application and the website at boccebocce.com. By using the app or this website, you agree to the practices described here.
The following categories of data are never collected by the app:
The app makes no network requests during gameplay.
Bocce Bocce requests access to your camera and, on supported models, the LiDAR scanner. This access is used solely to display the AR view, detect ball positions in 3D space, and calculate distances. All processing happens on-device via Apple's ARKit framework. No video or depth data is written to disk or transmitted over any network.
You can revoke camera access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. The AR features will not work without it, but the rest of the app remains functional.

This data is deleted when you uninstall the app. It may be included in your iCloud Backup if you have that enabled — this is controlled entirely by Apple.
Bocce Bocce is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect diagnostic data as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive only aggregate, non-identifiable download statistics.
boccebocce.com is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard server data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security purposes, as described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We use no tracking pixels, cookies, or analytics scripts on this website.
If you submit a support message, your name, email, and message are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox. That data is used only to respond to your inquiry. See Web3Forms' Privacy Policy for details.
Bocce Bocce is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from any user, there is no additional risk to younger users.
Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Any on-device data is removed by uninstalling the app. If you submitted a support message and wish to have it deleted, contact us below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated date at the top of the page.
